印度獐牙菜的化学成分研究OA
Chemical Constituents Studies on Swertia bimaculata
研究印度獐牙菜的化学成分。采用各种柱色谱进行对印度獐牙菜的正丁醇相分离纯化，并通过 UV、IR、MS、1 H －NMR、13 C －NMR 等波谱技术进行结构鉴定。分离鉴定了5个木脂素类化合物，分别为（＋）－丁香脂素（（＋）－Syringaresinol ，I ）、秃毛冬青甲素（Glaberide，II ）、Salicifoliol （Ⅲ）、蛇菰宁（Balanophonin，Ⅳ）、（－）－Berchemol （Ⅴ）。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Swertia bimaculata .Methods Using chro-matography on silica gel column and Sephadex LH -20,and combined with HPLC for separation and purifi-cation;Using spectroscopy methods to elucidate their structures;Results five known Lignan compounds (+)-Syringaresinol (I ),Glaberide (II ),Salicifoliol (Ⅲ),Balanophonin (Ⅳ),(-)-Berchemol (Ⅴ),which were isolated and identified .
