气相色谱-质谱法测定云南食用玫瑰花中挥发性成分
GC -MS Determination of Volatile Components of Rosa gallica Linn
摘要
Abstract
The paper analyzes the aroma components of edible fresh roses which was grown in Yunnan province by using simultaneous distillation extraction,gas chromatography,mass spectrometry and headspace sampling.61 kinds of chemical compounds were identified through SDE (simultaneous distillation extrac-tion),and most of them contains 33.63% of α-phenethyl alcohol and 8.17% of menthol.There are 12 kinds of chemical compounds were identified through headspace sampling method,and most of them contains 18.15% of α-phenethyl alcohol,12.51% of eneicosanoic,23.55% of tricosanoic and 13.84% of penta-cosane.By comparison,there are differences between fresh roses and dried roses in Yunnan,it is also dif-ferent with roses from Bulgaria,Xinjiang,Shandong,Kushui.The reason may be closely related to the con-dition of fresh roses and their growth environment.关键词
