摘要

Abstract

Through the analysis of physical and mechanical properties of an upstream high stack dam tailings before and after 16 years, the difference change of physical and mechanical properties of tailings with the time passing was revealed:the burial depth of shallow tailings is greatly affected by the oxidation of pyrite , the location of the weath-ering products of pyrite in shallow buried tailings is different , which leads to the difference of the physical and me-chanical properties of the tailings;The tailings , which is deeply buried , is mainly affected by the depth of burial depth and the deposition time , the maximum changes of tailings 'physical and mechanical properties on the 25m depth, and then the changes tend to be flat.According to the variation of physical mechanics of tailings , and the different deposition time and deposition sites , the parameters of the tailings are calculated by different deposition time and location , in order to reflect the tailings dam deposition characteristics truly .The research results provide reference for the design and analysis of the tailings dam .
