回转管炉生产二氧化钼板结成因分析及控制研究OACSTPCD
CAUSE ANALYSIS AND CONTROL STUDY ON AGGLOMERATE IN THE PROCESS OF MOLYBDENUM DIOXIDE PRODUCTION BY ROTARY FURNACE
主要对回转管炉中用氢气还原三氧化钼生产二氧化钼时产品板结原因进行了系统研究. 通过单因素实验,分别考察了三氧化钼钾含量、三氧化钼粒度、三氧化钼形貌,以及回转管炉工艺温度、炉管转速、进料速度、氢气流量等对二氧化钼产品结块的影响关系. 在深入分析结块成因基础上,得到了工业生产二氧化钼控制板结的较优工艺条件.
The causes of agglomerate in the process of MoO2 preparation from MoO3 by hydrogen reducing in rotary furnace were systematically researched .The effect of potassium content ,size and morphology of MoO3 , the process temperature , the revolving speed of the furnace ,the feed speed , and the flowing rate of hydrogen on the agglomer-ate frequency of the product was studied by experiments one by one .The optimal process conditions of agglomerate controlli…查看全部>>
