193 cases report on adverse drug reactions

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the occurrence regularity,characteristics and reasons of adverse reactions in our hospital. Methods:193 cases of ADR whom were reported to the national adverse reaction monitoring system were studied in this paper.The patients were classified by gender,age,drug delivery,drug dosage,drug type,ADR clinical manifestations,ADR involved organs and(or) system.Results:111 cases were female,and 82 cases were male;the highest incidence of ADR was the patients group more than 60 years old;intravenous drip was the main injection mode of ADR;the main form of ADR was injection,antibiotics and traditional Chinese medicine injection was the main drugs induced ADR.ADR was mainly involved in skin and its accessories. Conclusion:Strengthen the rational use of drugs,pay attention to the pharmaceutical care of elderly patients,in order to avoid and reduce the occurrence of ADR,and protect the safety of patients.关键词
