氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压合并血脂异常的效果观察
Observation on the effect of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of hypertension merger dyslipidemia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of patients with hypertension merger dyslipidemia.Methods:100 patients with hypertension merger dyslipidemia were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine tablets. Patients in the experimental group were treated with atorvastatin combined with amlodipine.Results:After the treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in two groups were decreases significantly compared with before the treatment(P<0.05),and the systolic blood pressure,LDL-C,HDL-C and TC values in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Using amlodipine combined with atorvastatin in patients with hypertension merger dyslipidemia can improve the patient's blood pressure and blood glucose significantly.关键词
