丁苯酞注射液治疗急性后循环梗死的效果分析
Curative effect analysis of butylphthalide injection in the treatment of patients with acute posterior circulation infarction

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of butylphthalide injection in the treatment of patients with acute posterior circulation infarction.Methods:74 patients with acute posterior circulation infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group(treated with combined therapy of sodium ozagrel and edaravone injection,salvianolat)and the experimental group(use of butylphthalide injection therapy based on the control group. The control group were treated with combined therapy of sodium ozagrel and edaravone injection,salvianolat,and the experimental group were treated with butylphthalide injection therapy based on the control group.We evaluated the recovery of neurological function and the effect of clinical treatment before and after treatment.Results:The NIHSS score of the two groups one week and two weeks after treatment were lower than those before treatment.The NIHSS score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.In the experimental group,the total effective rate was 89.2% which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 70.3%,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of butylphthalide injection in the treatment of patients with acute posterior circulation infarction is good.It can effectively alleviate the patients' condition.关键词
