The effect of rivaroxiban on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs after Hip replacement surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of rivaroxiban on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs after Hip replacement surgery.Methods:76 patients with hip replacement surgery were selected.They were divided into the two groups. Patients in the rivaroxaban group were orally given rivaroxaban,while in the low molecular heparin group were taken subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin injection.Results:The bleeding risk of the rivaroxaban group was lower than in the low molecular weight heparin group.Conclusion:Rivaroxaban has rapid and stable effect.It can reduce the pain of patients,and it has good effect on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis.关键词
