摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the protective effect of dexamethasone combined with mannitol in patients with acute severe cerebral vascular disease.Methods:80 pateitns with acute severe cerebral vascular disease were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the observation group were treated with dexamethasone and mannitol,while patients in the control group were treated with simple mannitol,and the effect of two groups was observed.Results: There were significant differences in GCS score between groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of acute severe cerebral vascular disease with dexamethasone and mannitol can effectively improve the GCS score;the cerebral protective effect is good;the treatment effect is remarkable.关键词
