腹腔镜阑尾切除术阑尾根部3种处理方法的对比分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of 3 processing methods for appendix root in laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods:90 patients with laparoscopic appendectomy were selected.They were randomly divided into 3 groups with 30 cases in each.In the treatment of appendix root,the A group was given Hem-o-lok clamp method;the B group was given silk thread ligation;the C group was given Endoloop ligation method.We compared the therapeutic effect of the 3 groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications and length of hospital stay of the three groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in operation time among the 3 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:We should chose the right processing method for appendix root in laparoscopic appendectomy according to the edema of appendix root,economic status of patients and the level of proficiency of operator for laparoscope.关键词
