Abstract
Objective:To investigate the differential diagnosis and treatment of dizziness in the community.Methods:152 patients with dizziness to hospital inspection were selected.The treatment of patients and the symptoms of the patients before and after treatment were investigated.Results: In dizziness reasons of 152 patients, anemia in 19 cases (12.5% ), benign paroxysmal positional vertigo in 81 cases (53.3%), cerebrovascular disease in 21 cases (13.8%), cervical intervertebral disc herniation (out) in 31 cases (20.4%).In 152 cases,49 cases(32.2%) were markedly improved;71 cases (46.7%) were improved;32 cases (21.1%)were invalid.After treatment, dizziness,numbness of the limbs,anemia, giddy feeling performance of patients significantly improved than before,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclsuion:In community hospital,due to the limited equipment and ability, the interrogation and physical examination methods should be made full use to diagnose the disease,for treatment or referral to patients in time.关键词
