摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of cefaclor combined with metronidazole in the treatment of patients with periodontitis. Methods:80 patients with chronic periodontitis were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the number parity,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with cefaclor,while in the observation group were given cefaclor combined with metronidazole.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cefaclor combined with metronidazole in the treatment of periodontitis patients has definitely effect.It has a positive role in improving clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy,and it also has drug safety and reliable.关键词
