Clinical comparison of open and laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of patients with calculous cholecystitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of calculous cholecystitis with open and laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:168 patients with calculous cholecystitis were selected.They were divided into the two groups according to the operation mode on average,the clinical manifestations of two groups of patients with clinical data were analyzed.Results:The various indicators and rate of postoperative complications of the laparoscopic group during and after surgery were better than those of the open group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of patients with calculous cholecystitis is better.关键词
