摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the treatment plan of upper digestive tract hemorrhage and its clinical therapeutic effect.Methods:80 patients with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,and the observed group was treated with pantoprazole.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pantoprazole in the clinical emergency treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,shorten the time to stop bleeding,and reduce the adverse reactions.关键词
