Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery in elderly patients with rectal cancer.Methods:68 elderly patients with rectal cancer were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,with 34 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group received laparoscopic surgery,while in the control group received conventional open surgery.Results:The amount of bleeding,operation time,postoperative exhaust time,and hospitalization time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,in addations,the postoperative complications rate also lower(P<0.05),and the number of lymph node dissection was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of laparoscopic surgery on elderly patients with rectal cancer can acquire exactly effect,and also safe and reliable.It is conducive to the early recovery of patients.关键词
