Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of misoprostol treated on painless artificial abortion of early pregnancy scar uterus.Methods:96 women with early pregnancy after cesarean section were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of treatment,with 48 cases in each group.Pregnant women in the observation group taken misoprostol before the stream,while in the control group were only subjected to artificial abortion operation.Results:The cervical dilatation effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group;both the operative time and the postoperative vaginal bleeding time in the observation group were short than in the control group,and the contraction amplitude less than that of the control group,amount of bleeding also less;surgery complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using misoprostol before the operation can reduce the amount of bleeding significantly, and enhance the effect of operation.关键词
