Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of ethacridine combined with mifepristone in the odinopoeia of uterine scar. Methods:120 uterine scar pregnant women with odinopoeia were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given ethacridine,and the observation group was given mifepristone combined with ethacridine.We compared the contractions start time,birth process,bleeding amount and abortion success rate of the two groups. Results:In the observation group,the abortion success rate was 98.33%,and the control group was 91.67%,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).In the observation group,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,time from medication to delivery, the total labor,postpartum retained placenta and membranes,injury of soft birth canal,proportion of curettage were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mifepristone combined with amniotic cavity injection of ethacridine for odinopoeia for uterine scar pregnant women had advantages of simplicity,efficiency,security.The proportion of curettage after odinopoeia was low, and the clinical application value was high.关键词
