Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of atomization inhalation of combivent combined with pulmicort respules in the treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis.Methods:52 cases of children with asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups.All of them were treated with conventional therapy.On this basis,patients in the observation group were treated with atomization inhalation of combivent combined with pulmicort respules,while patients in the control group were treated with ventolin and pulmicort respules.We observed the relevant indicators and compared the efficacy of two groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs of two groups were improved.Wheezing,coughing,wheezing,rales duration and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combivent combined with pulmicort respules in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis can improve the cure rate of patients and shorten the course of treatment.关键词
