微创法拔出下颌低位阻生智齿的临床应用
The clinical application of minimally invasive method to pull out the low impacted mandibular wisdom tooth

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical application of minimally invasive method to pull out the low impacted mandibular wisdom tooth.Methods:100 patients with low impacted mandibular wisdom tooth were selected.They were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The minimally invasive group were treated with minimally invasive extraction equipment and minimally invasive tooth extraction of underjaw impacted wisdom teeth,while the hammer and chisel group were treated with traditional instruments for tooth extraction and chiseling bone splitting crown extraction of under jaw impacted wisdom teeth.The operation time and intraoperative and postoperative complications were compared between groups.Results:The minimally invasive group surgery time was lower than the hammer chisel group.The complications such as pain,swelling,limitation of mouth opening and dry socket were significantly lower than those of hammer chisel group.Conclusion: minimally invasive extraction of low impacted operation is approach clearly ,with short time and low damage,and the clinical effect is better than that of the traditional cutting of the crown and the division of the crown.关键词
