硬膜外注射右美托咪定治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的效果观察
Observation of efficacy of epidural injection dexmedetomidine in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia

Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of epidural injection dexmedetomidine in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia.Methods:64 patients with post-herpetic neuralgia were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The study group were given dexamethasone+dexmedetomidine+ropivacaine epidural injection, and the control group were treated with dexamethasone + ropivacaine epidural injection.The visual analog scale(VAS)and T lymphocyte subsets test results were compared and analyzed between groups before and after treatment.Results:2 weeks after treatment,the VAS scores of two groups were significantly lower than before treatment.After treatment,the CD8 and 3 months VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group;CD4/CD8 levels were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of epidural injection dexmedetomidine in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia is good.It can effectively alleviate the pain of patients, improve immune function.关键词
