Abstract
Objective:To explore the analgesic effect of doula delivery analgesia apparatus in the first stage of labor of natural childbirth.Methods:130 primipara with natural childbirth were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 65 cases in each.The control group was given doula delivery,and the observation group was given FMY-11 type Doula delivery analgesia apparatus on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results:In the observation group,the analgesia efficiency and complication rate was 87.7% and 6.2% respectively,which was significantly better than 30.8% and 13.8% in the control group,at the same time,the first production process of the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Doula delivery analgesia apparatus for the first stage of labor of natural childbirth had significant analgesic effect.It can help to shorten the labor process,reduce the maternal pain,and avoid postoperative complications.关键词
