Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effective method to reduce the rate of cesarean section by analyzing the cesarean section rate and surgical indications in our hospital in recent 3 years.Methods:We analyzed the data of 4 881 cases of obstetric patients who were hospitalized in recent 3 years.Results:Through a series of measures,the rate of cesarean section was decreased by 14.8%, and the indications for cesarean section were changed.Conclusion:Through a series of measures as the change of hospital policy, efforts by health care workers,strengthen prenatal education and maternal health care can effectively reduce the rate of cesarean section.关键词
