摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of progynova combined with tetracaine gelin in extraction of contraceptive device for postmenopausal women.Methods:65 cases of postmenopausal women volunteered with progynova combined with tetracaine gelin for treatment then take extraction of contraceptive device as the observation group.In the control group,60 cases without any medication before operation.We observed cervical soft and difficult situation to get the ring,and the incidence of pain in the surgery.Results:The cervical was obviously soft and it was easy to take the ring of the observation group than the control group,the differences were highly statistically significant(P<0.01).The incidence of intraoperative pain was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Progynova combined with tetracaine gelin can significantly improve the pain of postmenopausal women take ring surgery,reduce the difficulty of operation,and improve the success rate for extraction of contraceptive device.关键词
