Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the value and significance of minimally invasive removal on the basis of conventional treatment.Methods:60 patients with intracranial hematoma were selected. They were divided into two groups.All patients were treated with conventional drugs.Patients in the experimental group were treated with minimally invasive surgical treatment of intracranial hematoma.We compared the efficacy of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group 90% was higher than that of the control group of 70%,and the differences between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional drug treatment for patients with intracranial hematoma in the department of neurology,the minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma is carried out,which is effective in improving the efficiency of the treatment and reducing the incidence of complications.关键词
