摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:76 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected,in patients with menstrual bleeding third day began to give metformin oral treatment, continuous medication for 3 months.Results:After the treatment,the levels of LH,T,FINS,WHR and BMI were significantly decreased compared with before the treatment(P<0.05);during the treatment,there was no damage to liver and kidney function,2 cases of mild nausea,4 cases of intermittent diarrhea,and all adverse reactions were significantly reduced after the symptomatic treatment.Conclusion:Metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome can reduce insulin resistance and androgen significantly and improve the ovulation rate,and the safety of the treatment is better.关键词
