Clinical observation on vaginal hysterectomy and abdominal hysterectomy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the difference on curative effect between vaginal hysterectomy and abdominal hysterectomy. Methods:106 patients with hysterectomy were randomly divided into the vaginal hysterectomy group and the abdominal hysterectomy with 53 cases in each.The effect of two groups was compared.Results:The operation time,bleeding volume,the time of bed activity,and the time of anal exhaust in the vaginal hysterectomy were superior than those in the abdominal hysterectomy group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vaginal hysterectomy has the advantages of less trauma,less bleeding,rapid recovery and so on.关键词
