摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:60 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups. Patitens in the control group were treated with benazepril combined with calcium dobesilate in order to reduce blood sugar,while patients in the observation group were treated with dialectical treatment on the basis of the control group.Results:After treatment, the α 1 microglobulin and mAlb of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy is significant.关键词
