妇产科腹部切口脂肪液化患者的临床治疗效果
Analysis of the clinical effect of treatment for patients with abdominal incision fat liquefaction in obstetrics and gynecology department

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of treatment for patients with abdominal incision fat liquefaction in obstetrics and gynecology department.Methods:80 patients with abdominal incision fat liquefaction in obstetrics and gynecology department were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each.The control group were given conventional dressing change,and the observation group were treated with honey smear on wound on the basis of the control group.We compared the clinical effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the healing time of (8.79±1.85) days was significantly shorter than (12.03±2.84) days in the control group(P<0.05);the frequency of dressing change of (5.79±1.34) was significantly less than (9.41±2.01) of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Professional treatment for patients with abdominal incision fat liquefaction in obstetrics and gynecology department can effectively improve the healing of the wound,reduce the frequency of dressing change,and improve patient comfort.关键词
