Asymptomatic helicobacter pylori infection impact on hemoglobin in children
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of helicobacter pylori infection on the hemoglobin of children.Methods:368 children without symptoms of digestive system were selected.The helicobacter pylori antibody and hemoglobin content were compared and analyzed.Results:The total positive rate was 13.6% ,while in 3~10 years and 11~15 years old childern was 13.25% and 35.42% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average hemoglobin concentration in the negative group was greater than that in the positive group(P<0.05);the mean value of hemoglobin in 7~10 and 11~15 years old were higher than that in the positive group(P<0.05).The low hemoglobin incidence of the positive group was lower than that of the negative group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The infection rate of helicobacter pylori in asymptomatic children increased with age,and the hemoglobin can be impact if the childern infection at 7~10 and 11~15 years old.关键词
