Abstract
Objective:To discuss the diagnostic value of 1.5 T magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)-susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI) sequence in pontine hemorrhage cavernous hemangioma.Methods:24 patients with pontine hemorrhage cavernous hemangioma were selected.A retrospective analysis was carried out to investigate the characteristics of 1.5 T MRI-SWI and conventional MRI and CT images in the patients.Results:41(73.2% )lesions were examined by MRI; 35(62.5% )lesions were examined by CT;56(100%)of the lesions were examined by 1.5 T MRI-SWI.Conclusions: 1.5 T MRI-SWI has a high value in the diagnosis of lesions,the location of the lesion and the size of the lesion,making reliable diagnostic basis for early clinical treatment.关键词
