抚触护理与早期游泳对新生儿黄疸疾病干预的效果观察
Observation of the effect of touching nursing care and early swimming intervention in neonatal jaundice
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of touching nursing care and early swimming intervention in neonatal jaundice. Methods:240 newborn with neonatal jaundice were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The yellow meconium excretion time in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group.The concentrations of serum indirect bilirubin in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.The skin color changes of two groups of children have obvious differences,and the data has statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusion:Touching nursing care and early swimming intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of neonatal jaundice within a certain period of time.It can improve all aspects of normal development of the body of the newborn.关键词
