摘要
Abstract
Objective:To understand the effect of 2013 hepatitis b vaccine event on the Ji'nan city hepatitis b vaccine vaccination rates and cognitive attitude of parents towards the event.Methods:The survey method of hepatitis b vaccine vaccination rate was the consultion of routine childhood vaccination rate report.The survey method of event cognitive attitude of parents was telephone questionnaire survey.Results:Before and after the event,the hepatitis b vaccine estimate vaccination rate of city decreased by 14.18%;the rural area decreased by 7.49%.The hepatitis b vaccine event awareness rate of city was 98.70%;the rural area was 85.00%.Before the vaccine event,70.14% thought that the vaccine was safe;24.31% were not sure whether the vaccine was safe;5.55% thought that the vaccine was not safe.After the event,31.24% thought that the vaccine was safe;34.08% were not sure whether the vaccine was safe;34.08% thought that the vaccine was not safe.Conclusion:The hepatitis b vaccine vaccination rate has a downward trend that is affected by the hepatitis b vaccine event.The vaccine safety awareness of children's parents have be affected.We should strengthen the daily vaccine safety health education of children's parents.关键词
