门诊患者的中药用药知识知晓情况及药学服务需求
Analysis of Knowledge about Chinese Medicine Knowledge and Pharmaceutical Care in Outpatient Department

Abstract
Objective To explore the knowledge of Chinese medicine knowledge and the requirement of pharm- aceutical care in outpatient clinic.Methods From April 2015 to March 2015,283 patients were treated as the research object,using self-designed questionnaire to investigate the patients,including personal basic situation,the knowledge of Chinese medicine knowledge and the pharmaceutical care,and the results were statisticaly analyzed.Results Patients of Chinese medicine concept and awareness of the lowest,folowed by the generation of fried Chinese medicine usage and shelf-life;outpatient pharmacy service content of the main hope for Chinese traditional medicine taboo,folowed by Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge;the pharmacy service provides hope for window counseling,folowed by medication knowledge propaganda.Conclusion The lack of common knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,in the window of patients or family members of the medication guide,can improve the compliance of patients with treatment,is an important guarantee for the safe and effective drug treatment.关键词
