摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) with acute exacerbation of respiratory failure patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods From March 2015 to March 2013,Eighth People's Hospital of Dongguan City,86 cases of COPD patients with acute exacerbation of respiratory failure patients as the research object,according to the random number table method is divided into control group and observation group,each of 43 cases.The control group was treated with conventional drug therapy,the observation group of patients in the control group on the basis of Shenmai injection, clinical efficacy,were compared between the two groups of white blood cel(WBC) count,neutrophil(N) count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C reactive protein(CRP),hydrogen ion concentration index(pH),arterial oxygen pressure(PaO2),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2) level.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the WBC,CRP,N and ESR values in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the PaO2 level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of the treatment of COPD combined with respiratory failure in patients with acute exacerbation of respiratory failure is obvious,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.关键词
