Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of capreomycin combined with moxifloxacin in the treatment of multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods From August 2015 to August 2013,80 patients with multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients as the research object,according to the random number table method is divided into control group and observation group, each of 40 cases.In the control group were treated with moxiflo- xacin treatment.Patients in the control group on the basis of intramuscular injection capreomycin,compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect observation,cavity closure and adverse reaction incidence.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05);the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For pulmonary tuberculosis with multi drug resistance with moxi- floxacin combined capreomycin method can effectively enhance the focus absorption rate and cavity closure rate, ensure that the treatment effect,and the safety is high.关键词
