摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate Jinshui capsule combined with telmisartan in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome patients.Methods From November 2013 to August 2012,88 cases of primary nephrotic syndrome in Liaoyang city hospital were selected as the research object,according to the random number table method,the control group and observation group,44 cases.Patients in the control group treated with prednisone treatment,to observe clinical curative effect of the patients in the control group based on the use of Jinshuibao capsule and telmisartan, compared two groups of patients,24 h urine protein,serum creatinine,serum albumin level.Results After the treatment were observed group of patients with 24 h urinary protein,serum creatinine were significantly lower than that of the control group,plasma albumin was significantly higher than the control group,differences were statisticaly significant (P<0.05);observation group of patients with complete remission rate and total efective rate were signify- cantly higher than those in the control group,differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jinshui treasure capsule combined with telmisartan in treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome patients clinical curative effect,can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms.关键词
