福辛普利钠联合中医辨证治疗高血压患者的临床疗效

摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of fosinopril sodium combined with TCM treatment in patients with hypertension.Methods Grade 2 hypertension patients from April 2013 to April 2015 in Beijing City,Tongzhou District Zhangjiawan community health service center,treatment of 60 cases as the research object,randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each.The control group was treated with Phu Simpson Leigh sodium,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and blood pressure of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05);after the treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fosinopril Sodium Combined with TCM clinical curative effect in the treatment of patients with hypertension,antihypertensive effect.关键词
