摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of amlodipine and telmisartan, fosinopril sodium in the treatment of patients with essential hypertension.Methods From April 2013 to April 2015 in Beijing City,Tongzhou District Lucheng community health service center,treatment of 90 cases of primary hypertension patients as the research object,randomly divided into amlodipine group,telmisartan group,fosinopril sodium group,each of 30 cases, the occurrence of blood pressure changes before and after treatment were compared in the 3 groups and adverse reaction.Results After treatment,the 3 groups of patients with systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than before treatment,the differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05),but the 3 groups after treatment in patients with systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure showed no significant difference(P>0.05);the adverse reaction of amlodipine besylate group rate significantly lower than fosinopril sodium group,telmisartan group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion No significant differences in clinical efficacy of amlodipine besylate,telmisartan,fosinopril sodium in the treatment of patients with essential hypertension,but the adverse reaction of amlodipine besylate was relatively low.关键词
