小剂量激素联合环磷酰胺治疗系统性红斑狼疮患者的临床疗效
Clinical Efficacy of Small Dose Hormone Combined with Cyclophosphamide in the Treatment of Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of smal dose hormone combined with cyclophosphamide in the treatment of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods From May 2014 to May 2015,60 patients with SLE were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,30 cases in each group were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with smal dose of hormone,the observation group were treated with intravenous cyclophosphamide on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the diference was statisticaly significant (P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(χ2=4.800,P<0.05).Conclusion Smal dose hormone combined with cyclophosphamide in the treatment of patients with SLE is safe and effective,can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.关键词
