摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic treatment for patients with uterine fibroids. Methods From January 2015 to June 2013,100 cases of patients with uterine fibroids were selected as the research object,according to the random number table method is divided into the control group and observation group,each of 50 cases.The control group were treated with conventional open surgery,the observation group were treated by laparoscopic surgery,and the operation time,bleeding volume and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time and operation time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery has the advan- tages of less trauma,less blood loss,rapid recovery,and so on.关键词
