Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect comparison of microwave instrument and pome treatment gynecological treatment instrument for cervical erosion treatment.Method:150 cervical erosion patients in our hospital were selected from July 2013 to July 2014,they were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, 75 cases in each group. The clinical effects and the incidence rate of complications of two groups were compared and observed.Result: Compared the total efficiency of cervical erosion in different degree of two groups, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the cure rate of clinical stages with severe,middle and light of observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the total efficiency of cervical erosion treatment with different types of two groups, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05); the cure rate of cervical erosion in different types of observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 2.67%, compared with 12.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Two kinds of physical therapy are the ideal means for the treatment of cervical erosion,the effect and complications of microwave therapeutic instrument are better than the clinical pome treatment,it can choose the treatment method according to the patients' condition.关键词
