Abstract
Objective: To investigate the total hip arthroplasty hip traumatic osteoarthritis clinical results. Method: From October 2013 to October 2014 80 hip traumatic osteoarthritis patients were selected for the study, and randomly divided into observation group and control group for average. The control group accepted traditional screw fixation treatment, and the observation group did total hip arthroplasty, comparative indicators were observed surgery, treatment and adverse reaction rates.Result: The operation time was (56.34±10.25)min, blood loss was (72.14±15.39)mL, bed time was (7.54±1.08)d, length of stay was (14.58±2.54)d in the observation group, the indicators were better than those of the control group. The effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%, that of the control group was 82.5%; adverse reactions rate of the observed group was 7.5%, that of the control group was 27.5%, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion: For patients with traumatic osteoarthritis total hip arthroplasty for treatment of clinical exact effect, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with clinical therapeutic implications.关键词
