Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment for urination dysfunction induced by spinal cord injury, and the method of acupuncture for more effective, more convenient and more practical.Method: 86 patients with urination dysfunction induced by spinal cord injury were chosen in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2014 and divided into control group and observation group, 43 cases in each group. The control group received function train. Based on the control group, the observation group was additionally treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment. The improvement of urination function between the two groups was evaluated. Result: After treatment, the improvement of times of urine leakage, bladder capacity and residual urine of the observation group was superior to that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%, which was superior to 74.72% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: The efficacy of intensive needling at trigone of urinary on urinary bladder on urination dysfunction induced by spinal cord injury is significantly, and can improve the treatment effect. It is worthy of wider promotion and application.关键词
