Effects of clinical skills competitions on clinical medical education and enlightenment
摘要
Abstract
This paper discusses the effects of clinical skills competitions at our hospital on medical students education.We believe that clinical skills competitions play an important role in improving teachers'and students'levels,promoting communications between different colleges and universities,and creating clinical skill operation guidelines.However,their roles in popularizing clinical skills training and simulating clinical operations are limited.In addition,we propose some suggestions for medical students'clinical skills development such as improving the construction of clinical skills education bases, emphasizing education in medical students'psychological quality and establishing an excellent training team of teachers so as to uplift medical students'comprehensive quality and promoting reform of clinical medicine education.关键词
