全程情境模拟教学法在临床技能实训中的应用
Application of the whole-process situation simulation teaching method in clinical skills training

Abstract
In view of medical students'difficulty,limited opportunities and poor results of clinical skills training,this study explored the teaching effect of clinical skills training method.We randomly divided third-year medical students of clinical medicine into experimental group and control group. Students in the experimental group received the teaching method of "brief theory teaching +sub-technical operation practice +whole-process situation simulation +video analysis".The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode of teacher's lectures assisted by individual technical exercises.The comparison of teaching results between the two groups showed significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in teaching effects and the students'assessment results (P <0.05).It is concluded that the whole-process situation simulation teaching method can improve the teaching effectiveness of clinical skills training and students'performance in assessment.关键词
