Abstract
Nowadays,most hospitals in China are using traditional manual management mode to manage refresher doctors,which takes a lot of time and manpower.Moreover,traditional paper files are difficult to preserve and therefore cannot be used effectively for refresher management and quality control. In order to meet the requirements of open school-running pattern and go with the tide of further education development,we have developed the refresher management informatization system based on Access database,Tomcat server and Java technology.The system consists of the following modules:refresher information distribution, registration application, approval feedback and inquiry, training process uploading,end-of-training assessment performance uploading,graduation application,and statistical summary.In this way,we have realized hospital teaching administrators 'informatized management of training and improved the management and training quality of refresher doctors.关键词
