Problems in standardized training of residents of cardiology and countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
This paper first discusses the existing problems in standardized training of residents of cardiology departments,i.e.,inadequate understanding and training of clinical skills,and teachers'lack of initiative.Then it proposes some countermeasures so that the standardized training of residents can accomplish training targets with high quality in limited time,including improving understanding,perfecting the training system,strengthening clinical skills training,and improving the quality of training.关键词
