喜炎平注射液治疗小儿轮状病毒腹泻的临床效果与系统评价OACSTPCD
Clinical effect and systems assessment of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of children with rotavirus diarrhea
目的：探讨喜炎平注射液治疗小儿轮状病毒腹泻的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的轮状病毒腹泻患儿96例为研究对象，按照治疗方式不同将其分为对照组与观察组。对照组患儿在常规治疗基础上给予利巴韦林注射液治疗，观察组患儿在常规治疗基础上给予喜炎平注射液治疗，对比分析两组患儿的治疗效果及临床症状改善时间。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后两组患儿肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）水平均下降（P＜0.01），且观察组患儿CK-MB水平明显低…查看全部>>
