Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of children with rotavirus diarrhea.Method96 cases of children with rotavirus diarrhea in our hospital were selected as the research objects, according to the different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group. Children in control group were treated with ribavirin injection on the basis of conventional treatment, children in observation group were treated with Xiyanping injection on the basis of conventional treatment. The treatment effects and the time of improvement of clinical symptoms between the two groups were compared and analyzed.ResultThe total effective rate of observation group was signiifcantly higher than control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CK-MB were decreased of the two groups (P<0.01), and the level of CK-MB in observation group was significantly lower than control group (P<0.01). The time of improvement of clinical symptoms in observation group was signiifcantly shorter than control group (P<0.01), cases of rotavirus antigen test negative in observation group were more than control group (P<0.05). ConclusionThe clinical effect of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of children with rotavirus diarrhea is signiifcantly, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children, and promote the recovery of children as soon as possible, it has high application value.关键词
