儿科上呼吸道感染的处方用药分析与评价

Abstract
ABSTRACTObjective:To analyze the characteristics and problems of the prescriptions drug use in pediatric pa-tients with upper respiratory tract infection so as to provide a reference for rational drug use in clinic and promote the rational use of pediatric drugs.Methods:A total of 600 prescriptions for upper respiratory tract infection were collected from the hospital information system(HIS)of pediatric outpatient clinic, in which the characteristics, cate-gory, dosing frequency and route of drug use were analyzed statistically by retrospective analysis method.Results:A total of 13 categories and 56 species(not including solvent)of drugs were used in the 600 prescriptions, includ-ing 21 kinds of antibacterials, 6 kinds of compound preparation against cold and 2 antiviral drugs(of the same name, regardless of dosage forms and specifications). Antimicrobial drugs were used in 430(71.67%)prescrip-tions, including a single antibacterial drug in 301(50.16%)and combination of antibacterial drugs and antiviral drugs in 129(21.50%)ones. Antiviral drugs were used alone in 52(8.67%)prescriptions, while no two antibac-terial or two antiviral drugs were used in combination. The drugs in 315(52.50%)prescriptions were adminis-tered by intravenous infusion.Conclusion:The upper respiratory tract infection in pediatric outpatient clinic of our hospital were mainly treated by anti-infection therapy, in which the phenomenon such as overuse of antibiotics, high dosage of single dose and unreasonable, frequency and route of administration were found, indicating that the man-agement should be strengthened to improve the rationality and safety of drug use in pediatric outpatient clinic.关键词
