Abstract
ABSTRACTObjective:To develop a HPLC method for determination of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural content in invert sugar and electrolytes injection.Methods:Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)was used, serving acetonitrile-triethylamine solution(9∶91,add 2.5 mL triethylamine to 1 000 mL water,and adjust the pH value to 3.0 with dilute phosphoric acid solution(1→5)as a mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The temperature of column was 25 ℃,while the detection wavelength was 284 nm.Results:The standard curve of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural showed a good linearity at a concentration range of 0.002 8~7.0μg/mL(r= 0. 999 8). The average recovery was 99.81%,with a RSD of 1.87%.Conclusion:The developed HPLC method is simple, sensitive,specific and accurate.关键词
